Join us for a celebration of autumn and everything we have to be thankful for at our "A Very Vegan Thanksgiving" event! Our tables will be set for an evening of seasonal vegan food, lovingly prepared by the wonderful volunteers of Ching Farm Rescue & Sanctuary. Eaters of all kinds and families of all sizes are welcome to enjoy this holiday meal that is sure to leave everyone feeling happy and full.
We’re excited to welcome keynote speaker Amy Meyer, the Director of Utah Animal Rights Coalition, who will be offering us her experiences and wisdom during a 30 minute presentation. You’ll also have an opportunity to participate in our silent auction and browse our Ching Store.

About Amy Meyer (Keynote)
Amy Meyer is a Grassroots Organizer for the New England Anti-Vivisection Society and is on the Board of Directors for Utah Animal Rights Coalition. Amy became a grassroots activist in 2005, and together with other activists and organizations, has led several successful campaigns, including banning horse-drawn carriages from the streets of Salt Lake City, defeating Utah’s Ag-Gag law, and ending pound seizure in Utah. Under UARC, she’s the Co-Director of SLC VegFest, bringing veganism to the mainstream for the last four years, and has coordinated thousands of volunteers through her activism and work with nonprofits to produce large demonstrations, marches, festivals, and meaningful humanitarian projects.
